What is self love

                          What is self love

To achieve  a sense of peace  , we need balance : balance between  work and play, between action and patience, speand saving, laughter and seriousness, leaving and staying, failing to achieve a balance across every area of your life can leave you feeling exhausted among many other unpleasant emotions such as guilt

It's important to recognize that it's

Not unjust to let go of those who

                 Show no concern for you.

Self-love is the act of valuing, accepting, and caring for oneself. It involves having a positive regard for oneself, recognizing one's worth, and treating oneself with kindness, compassion, and respect. Self-love is about prioritizing one's well-being, setting healthy boundaries, and engaging in activities that promote self-care and personal growth. It also involves embracing one's strengths and imperfections, forgiving oneself for mistakes, and cultivating a positive self-image. Overall, self-love is an essential aspect of mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

Self-love can manifest in various ways, and examples of self-love may include:

1. Taking care of your physical health by exercising regularly, eating nutritious food, and getting enough sleep.
2. Setting boundaries with others to protect your emotional well-being and prioritize your needs.
3. Engaging in activities that bring you joy and fulfillment, such as pursuing hobbies or interests.
4. Practicing self-compassion and forgiving yourself for past mistakes or failures.
5. Prioritizing self-care by engaging in activities that promote relaxation and stress reduction, such as taking a bath, meditating, or practicing mindfulness.
6. Surrounding yourself with positive influences and supportive relationships that uplift and encourage you.
7. Celebrating your achievements, no matter how small, and acknowledging your strengths and abilities.
8. Cultivating a positive self-image by focusing on your unique qualities and embracing your imperfections.
9. Taking time for self-reflection and personal growth, whether through therapy, journaling, or seeking knowledge in areas of interest.
10. Embracing self-acceptance and practicing self-love by treating yourself with kindness, compassion, and respect, just as you would treat a loved one.

These are just a few examples, and self-love can look different for everyone. It is important to find what practices and actions resonate with you personally and incorporate them into your daily life.

Self -love is tge balance between

                        Accepting yourself as you are

             While knowing you deserve better,

                       And then working towards it.
